Miss Ruth McDougall of this city has been notified of her appointment as a
member of the faculty at the Northwestern school of music at Indianapolis,
the appointment to taken effect immediately. She will be engaged in
instruction on the cornet at the school. Miss McDougall has been a student
in the Metropolitan school of music at Indianapolis for a number of years
and has also conducted a class of cornet pupils in this city.
