----------
All the controversy and the somewhat acrimonious feeling that was engendered over the plowing of the Millikan lots located on Center street, near Van avenue, has blown away.  Mr. Millikan  came to Shelbyville "viewed the landscape o'er" and rented his lots.  They have been plowed and all hands are hoping and trusting that the soil will produce not two but ten fold.
