NON-RESIDENCE  NOTICE.

State of Indiana, Shelby County, ss:
          In the Shelby Circuit Court, April Term, 1913.
          Charles C. Fisher,  administrator of estate of  Elizabeth Neeves  deceased, vs.  James Neeves,  Maggie Ross,  Amy Fortune,  Sarah Perkins,  Bessie Ford,  Everett Wilson,  Eva Buchanan  and the Union Bilding Association.  Complaint to sell real estate to pay debts.  No. 4682.
          Now comes the plaintiff by  R. W. Harrison,  attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that Bessie Ford is not a resident of the state of Indiana; that upon diligent inquiry made her residence is at Ludlow, Kentucky, and that the object of the above entitled action is to sell real estate to pay debts, and that the same will come up for hearing in the Circuit Court of Shelby county, Indiana, on Saturday, the 3rd day of May, 1913, that being the 6th judicial day of the April term of said Court in said year.
          Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on said day so appointed for the hearing of said cause of action, and answer or demur thereto, the same will be heard and determined in her absence.
          In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the seal of the Shelby Circuit Court at Shelbyville this 29th day of March, 1913.
