NIEFF  DIVORCE  WAS  GRANTED
AT  COLUMBUS
----------
Mrs. Jennie Nieff  was granted a divorce Monday from  Anthony Nieff  in the Bartholomew county circuit court at Columbus and the action closed a series of sensational events that began with the separation of the couple in this city more than a year ago.  Mr. and Mrs. Nieff were formerly residents of Shelbyville and since the separation Mr. Nieff has been living with her parent at St. Paul.
The court awarded the custody of a small son to Mrs. Nieff and provided that the father may see the child at any time and have the son in his custody one day each week.  Mr. Nieff was also ordered to pay $5 a week for the support of the child.  The custody of the child was the principal point of litigation.  Mrs. Nieff is a teacher in the school for feeble-minded at Ft. Wayne.
