GRANTED DIVORCE

Alma Perkins
was granted a divorce from Roy Perkins in the
Shelby circuit court today. The plaintiff in the case was given the custody of
the two children.

A suit has been filed in the circuit court by
James H. Perkins. He
asks for a divorce from his wife, Charlie Katherine Perkins. The
allegation is that when he removed from Kentucky to this city, his better half
failed to accompany him and since that time has refused to join him.
