          Thomas Shelton  was brought into Court here by  Sheriff Stewart  of Johnson county, yesterday, and fined one dollar and costs for contempt of Court.

          Thomas Shelton  was arrested to-day and placed in jail for contempt of court by  Judge Hord  at the Shelby term of court.  He will be taken to Shelbyville to-morrow.    Franklin Star.
