          C. C. Shipp  went to Columbus this morning to finish his work in the new school house at that place, having been given the contract for the plumbing work.  He will finish the job tomorrow.

NOTICE  TO  ALL  NON-RESIDENTS.

The State of Indiana, Shelby County.
          In the Shelby Circuit Court, October Term, 1905.
          James Shipp  vs  Samuel M. Beeson  et al.  Complaint No. 8,222.
          Now comes the plaintiff, by  Scholler and Neible, his attorneys, and files his complaint herein, to quiet title, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Samuel M. Beeson,  Othanial Beeson,  Isaac R. Beeson  and  John H. Beeson  (impleaded with others) are not residents of the State of Indiana.
          Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next Term of the Shelby Circuit Court, to be holden on the second Monday of October, A. D. 1905, at the Court House in Shelbyville, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint to quiet title, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
          In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the Seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this second day of September, A. D. 1905.
