Frederick Sierp
and his wife, Mrs. Nancy Sierp, were today in the circuit
court permitted to legally adopt six-year-old Helen Swartz.
The mother of the child, its only surviving parent resides in Jennings
county. She is a sister of Mrs. Sierp.
