----------
          A. J. Ensminger, about three years ago resigned as guardian of  Frank Slusser, a person of unsound mind.  Frank is an old soldier and is now making his home with his sister in North Dakota.  Since the resignation of Mr. Ensminger there has been no one authorized to receipt for Frank's pension.  There is now due him about $300 of accumulated pension and the court will today be asked to appoint another guardian so the money may be collected from the government and applied to the ward's keeping.
