GRANTED  DIVORCE  TODAY

          Mrs. Florence I. Stillwell  has been granted a divorce in the Shelby circuit court from  Otis Stillwell, on her complaint that was entered some time ago. Cruel and inhuman treatment and failure to support were charged.

DIVORCE  GRANTED
----------
          A decree of divorce was granted in the Shelby circuit court today to  Florence I. Stillwell,  against  Otis Stillwell.  Evidence in the case was heard by Judge Harry c. Morrison.

CASE  WAS  CONTINUED
----------
          The trial of  Jesse Stillwell  which was to have been held Thursday night in the city court was continued for one week.  Stillwell was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of drunkenness.  The police say that he was pretty well loaded.  Stillwell maintains that he had not had a drink when arrested.  George Tolen  has been retained to defend him.
