The bottom of that alleged assault and bettery against  Harry Teal,  dropped out mighty quick.  Harry appeared before  Squire Ellis  at the time set for trial and waited for the prosecuting witness, but he and the balance of his friends waited in vain, and as nobody appeared to prosecute him the case was fired out of court.  Harry and his friends are indignant over the matter.
