          In the paternity case of  Josephine Grissum  against  Frank Vanmeter,  heard yesterday in  'Squire Andrews'  court, Vanmeter was bound over to the Circuit Court in the sum of $500.  He went to jail.

          Frank Vanmeter, against whom  Josephine Grissum  preferred paternity proceedings several days ago and who has been in jail since, was having a preliminary hearing before  'Squire Andrews  today.
