          At their meeting to-morrow the Fair Directors will likely consider the matter of employing music for fair week.  There will be two bids submitted, that of the cornet band recently organized here, and a band to be organized by  Mr. Walter VanWay.  Both are or will be home organizations, and the fair authorities say that none others need apply.  This is proper.
