Marshall  G.  Allison
----------
          Marshall G. Allison,  86, of Shelbyville, died Monday, May 19, 2003, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.  Born Dec. 8, 1916, in St. Paul, he was the son of  Ernest Wallace and  Nellie Mae (Shellhorn) Allison.  He married  Martha Worland  on June 26, 1982, and she survives.
          Other survivors include one daughter,  Linda Kay Burgard  of Mooresville; three stepdaughters,  Lou Anne Anspaugh  and  Kay Thornburg,  both of Shelbyville, and  Dottie Robinson  of Newport News, Va.; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two sisters.
          Mr. Allison was a lifelong Shelby County resident.  He was a maintenance worker for Switzer Corp. of Indianapolis for several years, retiring in 1977.  Mr. Allison graduated from Waldron High School.  He was a member of the Blue Ridge Christian Union Church in Blue Ridge; Masonic Lodge, Murat Temple, Scottish Rite, all in Indianapolis; and Eagles Lodge in Shelbyville.
          Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery in Blue Ridge.  Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army Free Meal Program.

Ruth (Crampton) Allison, 86, died today, Morristown.  Born July 12, 1901, Wayne County, d/o  William E. and Jennie V. (Cox) Crampton.
November 1938, married  Harley K. Allison, who died in September 1963.
Housewife; lived in Morristown and Indianapolis.
Former member of the Gwynneville United Methodist Church.
Survivors are a niece, Anna Lou Crampton, Shelbyville; a sister-in-law, Mrs. E. S. Crampton, Shelbyville; three stepdaughters,  Mrs. Basil (Ruby) Fischer,  Mrs. Richard (Evelyn) Rose  and  Mrs. J. D. (Maxine) Huesing; six step-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren; and four step-great-great grandchildren.
A son, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
Hauk-Spencer Mortuary, Morristown, with the Rev. Kenneth Tost officiating.
Burial:  Asbury Cemetery.

ALLISON

Mrs. Grace B. Allison, 81, 1038 School street, died at 8:15 a.m. today at Major Hospital.
Retired practical nurse and also a retired 50-year employee of the former Monte Glove Company here.
Member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.
Born in Shelby County on November 11, 1896, d/o  John and  Marinda (Snapp) Bullard
On June 16, 1917, married  Harry C. Allison, who died August 10, 1948.
Surviving are seven children:  Mrs. Roydon (Catherine J.) McNew,  Mrs. Paul (Mary) Sweet,  Mrs. Larry (Marilyn) Grubb,  Mrs. Dale (Carolyn) Gundrum  and  Donald Allison, all of Shelbyville,  Harry Allison, Crown Point, and  Timothy Allison, Salinas, California.  Sixteen grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren survive.
Nine brothers and sisters preceded in death.
Murphy Mortuary, with the Rev. Glenn McGuire officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
