Former Shelbyville resident Helen M. (Deitrich)
Cartmell, 67, Indianapolis, died Saturday.
Born in Oct. 3, 1922. Homemaker.
Husband, William W. Cartmell, preceded her
in death.
Survivors are a daughter, Judy Ogden; a son,
William Cartmell Jr; a sister, Thelma "Peggy" Blanton; and two grandchildren.

While on the way to church, Mr. and Mrs. Argus Cartmell
of Waldron,
Shelby county, were struck by an interurban car and instantly killed.

Parm Cartmill died at his home in Liberty township, Friday, in the sixty-first year of his age.
The funeral took place at Middletown at ten o’clock Sunday morning.
