Floyd R. DeMoss, 94, Shelbyville, died Saturday at Major Hospital.
Born March 21, 1904, in Decatur County, s/o Wallace and
Eufamous (McFarland) DeMoss.
Moved to Shelbyville from Greensburg.
Employed for 25 years
as a furniture finish restorer at Samuels Furniture Factory, Indianapolis,
before retiring in 1969.
Member of the Eagles Lodge, Shelbyville.
Survivors include a sister, Doris Fightmaster, Columbus; two brothers,
Arthur DeMoss, Martinsville, and David DeMoss, Independence, Kansas; four
grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by a son, six brothers and two sisters.
Services: Glenn E. George & Son Funeral
Home, Shelbyville, the Rev. L. J. Poe officiating.
Burial: Forest
Hill Cemetery.
