          Harry E. Leek,  68, 1540 Locust St., was pronounced dead on arrival Tuesday at St. Anthony Hospital.  Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Thomas Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harry Allemang officiating.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.  Friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday.
