HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL

          Mrs. Ida M. Mulford, age 79, died at 4:30 a.m. Monday at her home, 262 Walker street.  She had been in failing health for the past several months but death, which was caused by a heart attack, was unexpected.
          She was born in Ripley county, the daughter of  William J. and Elizabeth Gray.  She was married to  Leslie Mulford, of Ripley county, who died several years ago.  To this union five children were born, two of whom died in infancy.
          Mrs. Mulford had been a resident of Shelbyville for the past 18 years and was a member of the Nazarene church.
          Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Mayme Anderson  and  Mrs. Eva Biemford, of this city; one son, William Mulford, of Lakewood, Ohio; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
          Funeral services will be held at the Loren H. Murphy funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Marcellus Crider, of the Nazarene church, officiating.  Burial will be in the family lot at the City cemetery.  Friends may call at the Murphy Mortuary at any time.
