Glen A. Niebel, 61, Edinburgh, lifelong resident of Jackson Township, died Saturday.
Born July 4, 1938, in Mount Auburn, s/o  Sumner and  Mildred (Mohr) Niebel McDonald.
Married  Carolyn (Hagy) Niebel  on Sept. 12, 1958.
Owner and operator of Niebel Engines Inc., Mount Auburn, since 1962.
Member of USAC for over 30 years, First Christian Church, Shelbyville, a past school board member and president of Southwestern School Corporation and also a trustee of Mount Auburn Cemetery Association.
Survivors:  wife;  mother, Shelbyville;  2 daughters, Mrs. James (Jan) Meyer, Shelbyville, and  Mrs. Dan (Jean Ann) Linville, Greenfield; one brother, Gene Niebel, Mount Auburn; and eight grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one son and one granddaughter.
Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Crouse officiating.
Burial:  Mount Auburn Cemetery.
