Carole L. Qualkinbush, 64, of Waldron, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001, at
St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove.
Born June 28, 1937, in Noble Township, d/o Bernard and
Hazel (Larrison) Copleland.
Married Harold
"Bud" Qualkinbush on Feb. 14, 1991. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, William K. Pearce of Greenwood; two
daughters Mrs. Carson (Connie R.) Smothers of St. Paul
and Mrs. Steve (Jill R.) Sheaffer of Waldron; two
grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Employed for 40 years at Wellman Thermal Systems Corp., retiring in 2000.
Lifelong Shelby County resident.
Member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, Waldron Eastern Star and Greensburg
Country Club.
Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, 3718 E. Blue Ridge Road, with the Rev. Robb Barlow
officiating.
Burial: Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Shelby County.
