          Born May 5, 1943, in Shelbyville, Indiana, Victoria was the daughter of R.A. and Barbara Walker Schoolcraft.
          She excelled in her chosen career as a Nursing educator. She attained her B.S.N., Nursing degree at the University of Oklahoma, M.S.N., Psychiatric/ Mental Health Nursing/Teaching at the University of Texas, Ph.D., Higher Education Administration at the University of Oklahoma. In December 1997 she became a Virginia Henderson Fellow of Sigma Theta Tau International. She was loved and respected and will be remembered by many.
          Some of her last words were: "When I go to heaven, I want it to be said: `She was victorious over ovarian cancer for years and it transformed her Iife.' Never should it be said that I lost anything or succumbed to anything. I lived this life God gave me in this material existence. I will go on to the supernal, quintessential life to last throughout eternity with God."
          Victoria was preceded by her sister Frances Anne Schoolcraft and her mother, both of San Antonio Texas. She is survived by: Father, R.A. Schoolcraft, San Antonio, Texas; Brother, Robert A. Schoolcraft and wife Suzie of Cocoa, Florida; Brother, Michael Schoolcraft and wife Terri of Castroville, Texas and Sister, Mary Chloe Schoolcraft Saunders and husband John of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
          A Memorial Service is scheduled at Barry University, 15 July, 1998 at 5:00PM, COR JESU Chapel, 11300 N.E. 2nd. Ave. Miami Shores, Fl 33161.
