The remains of Mrs. Carrie Shockley, who was burned to death on the 3rd inst., at Chicago, arrived here yesterday morning. Rev. John Scull preached the funeral sermon from Proverbs 27, and 1st verse, after which the remains were interred in the Ogden cemetery. There were a large concourse of people at the funeral. She leaves a husband and three small children.
