WM.  SILVERSON
DIED  IN  FLORIDA
----------
Word was received here toda of the death of  William Silverson,  former resident of this city, which occurred at Miami, Florida.  Mr. Silverson is very well known here as the family formerly resided in West Broadway.  He was also a member of the local Elks lodge to which he had belonged for a number of years.  The body has been removed to the home of a relative at Cincinnati, where funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon.  Burial will also be made in Cincinnati.  Mr. Silverson had been in ill health for some time and for the past several winter seasons had made his home in Florida.
Mr. Silverson came to Shelbyville a number of years ago through the influence of the late  Daniel DePrez.  He liked Shelbyville so well that he built the elegant residence at the southwest corner of Broadway and Miller streets.  He made Shelbyville his home for a number of years, going to Minnesota in the summer and to Florida in the winter.  He was very wealthy, being engaged in the wheat milling business in the Northwest.  His family was his wife and the one daughter.
