Shelby County Indiana
The Shelby Democrat
Jacob Singer, aged about 45 years, passed away at his home in Moral township last night after an illness extending overa period of two weeks. Mr. Singer was first stricken with an attack of la grippe. Complications arose later and he suffered an attack of paralysis. While his death was not wholly unexpected, it came as a sad blow to members of his family and to his friends and acquaintances, many of whom were not aware of his serious illness. Mr. Singer was a member of the Baptist church at Brookfield and had resided in Moral township practically all of his life. The funeral obsequies will be held at ten o'clock tomorrow morning from the late home. Interment will take place in the Acton cemetery.
