GREENFIELD -- John Glenn Stepp age 43, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 at his residence. He was born on May 23, 1970 in Shelbyville, Indiana, as the son of John W. and Karen J. (Kuhn) Stepp. He married Rochelle L. Haste on July 27, 1991.March 25, 2014

He worked for Ford in Indianapolis for 13 years. He also worked for Wes Branham Construction from 2007-2009. He was currently the owner for John G. Stepp Well Drilling since 2009. Mr. Stepp was a member of UAW Local #1111. He loved golfing, camping, riding quad runners, and playing corn hole.
John is survived by his wife, Rochelle L. Stepp of Greenfield; son, Landis Blake Stepp of Greenfield; parents John W. and Karen J. Stepp of Shelbyville, Indiana; father-in-law, Roy Haste of Indianapolis, Indiana; sister, Melody (Gregg Lemmons, of Manilla, Indiana; grandmother Doris Kuhn of Franklin, Indiana; four nephews, Ty, Cody & Caleb Day, and Jeremy Lemmons; and surrounded by mnay other family members & friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glenn Kuhn; sister, Amanda Day; nephew, Jared Day; and mother-in-law, Betty R. Haste.
Celebration of Life Gathering will be on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory.
