Burial in Seymour

          Miss Emma Gertrude Stradley,  daughter of  Mrs. Elnora Stradley died at 8:30 o'clock Monday night at the home of her uncle,  Ernest Rhoades  727 Colescott street.  Death was due to a complication of diseases and followed an illness of several months.
          At the time of death the deceased was thirteen years old and was born in 1917 in Seymour where she resided until recently.  She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Episcopal church in Seymour.
          Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Elnora Stradley, and five uncles and two aunts.
          Short services will be held at the Rhoades home at 11:30 o'clock Thursday morning with the Rev. T. E. Adams, pastor of the West Street M. E. church of this city in charge.  Funeral services will be conducted at the Trinity M. E. church in Seymour with the Rev. F. J. Barnum pastor officiating.  Burial will be in the River View cemetery in Seymour in charge of Charles M. Ewing.
