          A. J. Ensminger received a letter from a lawyer in Newport, Kentucky, which informed him of the death of his uncle,  A. J. Youtsie.  Mr. Youtsie is the father of  Henry Youtsie, who is serving a life sentence in the Kentucky state prison, having been convicted of complicity in the murder of  Governor Goebel.  The authorities refused to allow Henry to attend the funeral of his father.
