Now comes the Forest Hill Cemetery Company, by William F. Green the President before the undersigned Notary Public, in and for said County and acknowledged the execution of the annexed and foregoing plat as being the voluntary act and deed of Said association for the purpose of securing the ground therein described to the use of the public for a cemetery according to the articles of association and by-laws of said Association.

The Forest Hill Cemetery Association of Shelbyville Indiana hereby makes a plat of the following described Real Estate situated in Shelby County in the State of Indiana to-wit: Commencing at the North East corner of the South East quarter of Section thirty-two (32) in Township Thirteen (13) North of Range Seven East, and running thence North (3) chains and nine links thence West thirteen chains, thence south fifty-eight degrees West, four chains and ninety-two (92) links to an ash tree eighteen inches in diameter, thence south eleven and one fourth degrees (11 ¼ degrees) east nineteen (19) chains and twenty-two and one half (22 ½) links to the middle of the Shelbyville and Rushville Turnpike Road, thence northwardly along the center of said road fifteen chains (15) to the East line of said quarter section, thence north eleven (11) chains and ninety-one (91) links to the place of beginning containing 29 36/100 (29 and 36 one hundredths) acres more or less. For the purpose of a cemetery three sections of which they have laid off and platted as follows.
