Nancy Collins
vs                         Divorce etc.
William Collins

          Come the plaintiff by her attorney and this cause is now submitted to the Court for trial and judgment and the evidence being heard and the Court full advised in the premises finds that the material allegations of the Complaint are proved and true and that by reason thereof she is entitled to be divorced from said defendant and that she ought to have the temporary Care and Custody of the child mentioned in the complaint.
          It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff Nancy Collins be and she is hereby divorced from the defendant William Collins that the marital the heretofore and now subsisting between them be and the same is hereby dissolved, vacated, set aside and held for naught as fully and effectually as if said parties had never been married.
          And it is further ordered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff have the temporary Care and Custody of the child mentioned in the Complaint subject to a revision and change of order as to her custory at any time for good and sufficient cause shown to the satisfaction of the Court.
          It is further ordered that each party pay one half of the costs herein.
