Alice Davison
swears that she is now pregnant with a bastard child and the Edward Warble is
the father.

The relatrix and the defendant by his father, John Warble,
being in court. The relatrix being sworn upon her oath says that she is
under the age of 21 years old, and that she believes she is now pregnant with a
bastard child That Relatrix further says: that Edward Warble is the
father of her said child. Said Relatrix further swears that suitable
provision has been made by Edward Warble, through his father, John Warble, and
property secured in the hands of John Warble who is a responsible person for the
maintenance of the Bastard child. That I make oath of the above and
foregoing facts to the court and I ask that said cause be dismissed

This cause being submitted to me from the above and foregoing facts and
affidavit of relatrix #[marked to insert above statement] I find that suitable
provision has been made by Edward Warble through his father John Warble the
maintenance of said bastard child not only from the facts in affidavit but by
decralaties made to me by relatrix, I find that the same has been property
secured in the hand of John Warble, who is a responsible person to take care of
said funds I find said relatrix is under the age of 21 years old, further find
from the above fact that the relatrix ought to be allowed to dismiss her said
cause of complaint, and the the same is hereby dismissed. It is therefore
ordered and decreed by me that said relatrix cause shall be dismissed
