Bond of Receiver.
BOND OF RECEIVER.
Know all men by these presents that we, George
R. Tolen, as principal, John Hartman and O. L. Means,
as sureties, are held and firmly bound unto State of Indiana for benefit of all interested parties in the penal
sum of Seven-thousand ($7000.00) Dollars, for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves,
our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seal and dated this 15th day of November, 1917.
The condition of the bond is, that whereas, the above bound George R. Tolen was, by the Shelby Circuit Court
of Shelby County, Indiana, on the 15th day of November, 1917, appointed receiver in a cause of action therein pending,
wherein George H. Kent was plaintiff and William H. Ogden,
as surviving partner of the F. H. Kent Construction Company, William H. Ogden and Albert
F. Wray, as administrator of the estate of Frank H. Kent, deceased,
were defendants.
Now, if the said George R. Tolen, as such receiver,
shall faithfully discharge the duties of his trust therein, and obey the orders of said court and shall faithfully
and honestly account for all moneys and property that may come into his hands, then this obligation to be void,
otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect.
