[ I read through the entire case, but only copied these pages. Evidently,
all the neighbors had agreed to pay for a new road. When it came time to
actually pay up, Valentine Baker didn't pay and Jackson Plummer had to pay an
extra portion. Here, Jackson is suing Valentine for his "fair"
share of the subscription. - PMF ]
