          Personally appeared  Mary  Lux  who being duly sworn says that she is not interested in the above entitled cause and entirely disinterested therein.  She says that on the 24th day of June 1916, the defendant abandoned his family and his home in the city of Shelbyville, Indiana and that the residence of said defendant upon diligent inquiry is not known, and that his is believed and she avers the fact to be that said defendant is now a non-resident of the State of Indiana, but the particular place of residence of said defendant is unknown to her.
