Marion P. Williams VS Sallie K. Williams
Complaint for Divorce
The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that he is now and for more than five years last past has been a bona fide resident of Hendricks township, in Shelby County state of Indiana and that he is by occupation a farmer; that he and the defendant were married in Ashville, North Carolina, on May 4, 1885, and lived together as husband and wife until March 1, 1896, when the defendant abandoned the plaintiff and have remained separate and apart from him ever since; that during all the time of their said marriage the plaintiff performed all duties towards her as a good and faithful husband and without fault on his part, and that said defendant without cause left his bed and refused to cook for him or to live with him, that she, at divers times, wrongfully and without cause accused him of infidelity and without cause became inordinately jealous, all of which plaintiff says she was cruel and inhuman treatment.
Wherefore he demands judgment for divorce from said defendant and for all other relief.
