Nicholas Johnson XX
Reuben Samuel Walton being duly sworn upon his oath says: That Nicholas Johnson is a boy
under the age of sixteen years; to-wit of the age of fifteen years; that on or about the 22nd day of April, 1916
at the County of Shelby, State of Indiana, the said Nicholas Johnson, did then an there unlawfully, feloniously
and forcibly make an assault in and upon one Lillie Walton, a woman then and there being, and did then and there,
forcibly and against her will, unlawfully and feloniously ravish and carnally know her, the said Lillie Walton,
contrary to the form of the Statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State
of Indiana.
