This Indenture Witnesseth That Keziah Caughey and
Thomas S. Caughey of Shelby County in the State of Indiana Convey and
Warrant to Harry Whitcomb of Shelby County in the State of
Indiana for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars the following Real Estate, in
Shelbyville, Shelby County in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
Beginning
Sixty-six feet East of the North West corner of the Lot number Two (2) on
Mechanic Street in the city of Shelbyville and running thence East one hundred
and two (102) feet thence South Five (5) rods to an ally thence West one hundred
and two (102) feet thence North Five (5) rods to the place of beginning.
In Witness whereof: The said Keziah Caughey and Thomas Caughey have
hereunto set their hands and seal this 18th day of January 1871.
