Samuel Hahn Deed From John B Michael
Know all men by these presents that we John B Michael and Hanah Michael wife of the said John B Michael of the County of Clinton of the State Indiana in consideration of the sum of one hunred dollars in hand paid by Samuel Hahn of the County of Shelby & State of Indiana have bargained and sold and do hereby grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said Samuel Hahn his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the County of Shelby in the State of Indiana and bounded and described as follows beginning at the South east corner of the North West quarter of section Twenty nine (29) in Township Twelve (12) and Range Eight (8) East and running thence North fifty poles thence West thirty-two poles thence South fifty poles thence East thirty two poles to the place of beginning Containing Ten acres To have and to hold said premises with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel Hahn his heirs assigns forever And the said John B Michael for himself and heirs doth hereby covenant with said Samuel Hahn his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid that the premises are free and clear from all incumberances whatsoever an that he will forever Warrant and Defend the same with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel Hahn his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever In Testimony whereof the said John B Michael and Hanah Michael have hereunto set their hands and seals this fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundre and fifty one

The State of Indiana Clinton County ss }} Before me James Frier a Justice of the peace
in and for said County personally appeared the above named John B Michael & Hanah his wife and acknowledged
the signing and sealing the above conveyance to be their Voluntary act and deed, And the said Hanah being
at the same time Examined by me seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said instrument made
known to her by me she then eclared that she did Voluntarily signed sealed and acknowlege the same and that she
is still satisfied therewith this fourteenth day of April A D 1851

Esqr before whom the annexed instrument appears to have been acknowledged was at the time of taking such acknowledgement

his signature, and believe the annexed signature purporting to be his to be genuine And further that the
annexed instrument is executed and acknowledged according to the laws of said State
