Know all men by these presents that we Eli Moore and Martha Ann Moore,
his wife of the County of Shelby and State of Indiana in Consideration of the sum of two hundred Dollars in hand
paid by Benjamin Love of the County of Shelby and State of Indiana do hereby remize releas and
forever quit claim unto the said Benjamin Love his heirs and assigns forever all our title interest and estate
legal and equitable in the following premises with the appurtenances, To wit, being the west half of the
North East quarter of Section twenty one (21) Township twelve (12) Range Eight (8) East in Shelby County Indiana
Containing Eighty (80) acres also the South West quarter of the North East quarter of section Nine (9) the East
half of the North W quarter the NW quarter of the NW quarter and the West half of the NE fractional quarter of
Section ten 10 Township Seven (7) South of Range six (6) west in Randolph County Illinois also the West half of
the NE quarter and the east half of the NW quarter of Section Seventeen (17) Township seven (7) South of Range
four 4 West in Jackson County Illinois Together with all the right privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appurtaining

Samuel McFeer one of the Justices o the peace within and for County that the above Named Eli Moore came personally
befor me and acknowledged the foregoing instrament of writing to be his Voluntary act and deed for the purposes
therein Mentioned Also Martha Ann Moore wife of the Said Eli Moore who being by me examined privately seperate
and apart from and without the hearing of her said husband and the full contents and purport of Said deed being
by me made known to her she acknowledged that she executed the Same of her own free will and record and without
any coercion or cumpulsion from her said husband
