Whereas, Jacob Mincks of Adams County, Ohio has deposited in the General Land Office of the United States, a certificate
of the Reguster of the Land Office at Indianapolis whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said
Jacob Mincks according to the provision of the act of Congrefs on the 24th April, 1820 entitled "An act making
further provision for the sale of Public Lands" for the West half South East quarter, of Section Twenty, in
Township Thirteen, North of Range Eight East in the District of Lands subject to sale at Indianapolis Indiana,
containing Eighty acres. Executed the twelfth day of August in
the year 1834.
