This Indenture Witnesseth That St. Clair Ensminger
and Sarah Ensminger his wife, John S. Wilson and
Melvina Wilson his wife, Noble Wilson and Lydia Wilson
his wife and Catherine Wilson of Shelby & Rush County in the State of Indiana Release and Quit claim to
Susan Wilson and Ann Maria Wilson of Rush County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars the following Real Estate in Rush County in the State of Indiana towit - The East half of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty six (26) and the West half of the South West Quarter of Section twenty five (25) and Forty three and one half (43 1/2) acres off of the South end of the West half of the North West Quarter of said Section twenty five (25) all in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Eight (8) East containing Five Hundred and three and one half acres the same being the land of which Thomas Wilson of Said County died seized. This Deed being a conveyance of a Grantors interests in said lands as widow and heirs.

Noble Wilson and Lydia his wife and Catherine Wilson
have hereunto set their hands and seals this 10" day of August 1871
