Said Administratrix shows that she is the widow of said decedent and as such took all of the personal property upon her statutory allowance as herein above shown. That she has paid all of the debts of said Estate out of her individual funds. That said Estate has been fully administered. That there are no costs claims outstanding in favor of or against said Estate that all costs have been paid. And she shows that there remains nothing in her hands for distribution to the heirs of said decedent. Wherefore she asks that this her report be approved that said personal property be vested in he and that upon hearing of this her report that she be finally discharged from said trust.
