verify that Ralph Cobscal of said county has been appointed guardian of the
person and property of Joseph Turner minor heir of Dean Rutner, late of said
county, deceased and has qualified as such.

And
said administrator further shows that he has made final settlement of
said estate and that there remains due to the heris of said estate
the sum of two hundred and seventy five dollars and ninety eight
cents. And he says has paid in to the hands of Alonya Blair Helerto
of the court this above named sum for the benefit of the said heirs
and has received his receipt therefore and which receipt he files
henceforth.
And
he asks this count be accepted and confirmed by the court and that he
be discharged from his said trust
