          Christina Collins, at time of death, left no father, no mother, no husband, no children, no brothers, no sisters surviving her.  She left as her sole heirs-at-law her nephews and nieces and descendants of nephews and nieces as follows to-wit:

        That Will Collins, nephew of said decedent, deceased, leaving children - Roscoe Collins  and  Gertie Creed.  Grand children Gilbert Collins, Jr. and Fay Collins, children of Gilbert Collins, Sr., who died prior to his father Will Collins, and his widow Edith Collins as his sole and only heir at law, who takes the share of said Will Collins, if living.
