the Honorable the Judge of the Shelby Circuit Court of Shelby County Indiana. We the undersigned
Cornelia
Vanpelt widow of Harvey Vanpelt late of the County of Shelby and State of Indiana and
George W. Vanpelt, Elizabeth Vanpelt and Benjamin Vanpelt
Adult heirs and children of said Harvey Vanpelt late of said County
of Shelby and State of Indiana deceased, and Caroline Vanpelt, Sutton
Vanpelt, Ira Vanpelt, Edward Vanpelt, Charles Vanpelt, John
Vanpelt, and Matthias Vanpelt minor children and heirs of said Harvey Vanpelt
deceased by their guardian George A. Vanpelt do hereby consent to
William Major as administrator
of the Estate of said Harvey Vanpelt deceased selling the following piece of land situate in Shelby County Indiana.
Towit Twenty acres off the rutice [?] East side of the South West quarter of Section Six (6) Township Eleven (11)
and Range eight (8) for the purpose of paying and discharging the debts of said Harvey Vanpelt deceased and we
do hereby agree for said William Major as such administrator to obtain an order from the Shelby Circuit Court in
and for the County of Shelby and State of Indiana now in session for the sale of said land for the purpose as above
set forth, and we do hereby waive the issuing of notices in said petition and do hereby enter an appearance to
the same, and furthermore do hereby waive the issuing of summons in this behalf November 1873.
