Estate of Isaac Gardner, dec'd

                            Dinah Gardner represents to the Court that on the 27th day of May, 1871, Isaac Gardner, her husband, died in said county of Shelby leaving no real estate, and personal property worth not over five hundred dollars and she asks that the same may be vested in her.
