            Harvey Spurlin being duly sworn, upon his oath says that the following are the heirs at law of  Jesse Spurlin, deceased viz:
Francis Spurlin, Widow, and
Phebe Treon,
Henry Spurlin,
Elihu Spurlin,
Harvey Spurlin,
Nelson Spurlin,
Jesse B. Spurlin,
Frances Gerard, and
Canada Spurlin, his children; and
Parthina, Phebe, Sally, Jonas and Henry Spurlin,  
        heirs of Elijah Spurlin,  dec'd, who was a son of said Jesse Spurlin; &
Elizabeth Mary Laura, Louisa, and William Hawkins, 
        heirs of Deborah Hawkins, deceased, who was a daughter 
        of said Jesse Spurlin, and
Henderson Spurlin, Jonas Spurlin who was a son of said Jesse Spurlin;
and further says not; Harvey Spurlin /s/
