In the Shelby Common Pleas Court, March Term, 1873.

          William Clover, Guardian of  Margaret E. Moore and John M Moore, minor heirs of John W Moore, deceased, shows to the court that his said wards are jointly the owners in fee simple of the undivided one seventh (1/7) part in value of the following real estate situate in Shelby County, Indiana, viz:  The west half of the north west quarter of  Section (6) six in township (13) thirteen North,  of range six (6) East,  containing forty six acres and 97/100 more or less.
          That said premises are considerably out of repair and the interest of said minors therein yield, only ten dollars rent per annum and he shows to the court that the interest of said ward in said land, can be beneficially sold at private sale without notice.
          That said minors are aged respectively about twelve and eight years -- That his ward Margaret E Moor resides with John Willis in Shelby County, Indiana, and his ward John M. resides with Ebenzer Toon, in Marion County, Indiana --That said wards have about nine hundred dollars which is now loaned and drawing interest.
          That said wards are not the owner of any other personal property whatever either in possession or expectancy.  Said Guardian asks for an order to sell said wards interest in said land, at private sale without notice, their said interest being worth less than one thousand dollars.

          Know all men by these presents, that we William Clover and John Howe, are bound unto the State of Indiana in the penal sum of one thousand dollars to pay which we jointly and severally bind ourselves and heirs, executors, and administrators; Sealed and dated the 12th day of March 1873.
          The condition of the above obligation is that as the above bound William Clover, guardian of  Margaret E Moore and John M Moore minor heirs of  John W Moore deceased, has been ordered by the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County to sell certain Real Estate of the said minors.
          Now if the said William Clover will faithfully discharge the duties of this trust according to law, then the above obligation is to be void else to remain in full force in law.

          We do solemnly swear that we will truly and impartially appraise the real estate of Margaret E Moore and John M Moore, minor heirs of John W Moore, deceased at its fair cash value.

The undersigned appraisers appointed for the purpose do appraise the undivided one seventh (1/7) of the following real estate situate in Shelby County, Indiana viz:  The West half of the North West Quarter of Section 6 in township (13) thirteen North  of Range six (6) east, containing 46 acres and 92/100, the property of Margaret E Moore and John M Moore, minor heirs of John W Moore, dec'd, at the sum of three hundred and twenty eight dollars.

In the Shelby Common Pleas Court, March Term, 1873.
In the matter of the Guardianship of Margaret E Moore and John M Moore, minor heirs of John W Moore, deceased. William Clover, Guardian

William Clover, Guardian of Margaret E Moore and John M Moore, minor heirs of John W. Moore, deceased, reports that pursuant to the order of said court he did on the 13th day of March, 1873, sell at private sale, without notice, and for cash to  Benjamin A Robinson  and  Margaret E Robinson, his wife, the real estate of his said wards situate in the county of Shelby in the State of Indiana, and described as follows:

The undivided (1/7) one seventh part, in value, of the West half of the North West quarter of Section (6) six in township (13) North of Range six (6) east, containing forty six acres and 92/100 more or less.  That he sold said wards interest in said real estate for the price and sum of three hundred and thirty five dollars and said purchasers have paid to the undersigned, in cash, the full amount of said purchase money.  Said Guardian asks for the confirmation of said sale.
