          The inventory of the goods, chattles, and effects of Lewis Barlow late of Shelby county and State of Indiana, deceased, taken by David F. Randolph administrator of the estate of the said deceased with the assistance of Alexander Breeding and J. B. Lucas - appraisers assigned for that purpose.

Personally appeared before me John Cutsinger a Justice of the peace in and for said County David F. Randolph administrator of the Estate of Lewis Barlow deceased and Alexander Breeding and J. B. Lucas, appraisers of said Estate and being duly Sworn the said Alexander Breeding and J. B. Lucas say that the above Inventory and appraisement assigned by them is a just and true Inventory and valuation of the goods, Chattles and effects of the said Lewis Barlow to the best of their Judgement And the said David F. Randolph says that the above is a true inventory of the personal estate of the said Lewis Barlow so far as the same has came to his hands to be administered.

        The State of Indiana to the Sheriff of Shelby County---Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to summon Wm. Barlow & Jeremiah Barlow to personally be and appear before the Judge of Shelby Probate Court on the Second day of their next term, to be holden at the court house in Shelbyville on the Second Monday of August next, to testify on behalf of the Plaintiff in a certain cause therein pending between Wm. Barlow plaintiff and David F. Randolph Admins of the Lewis Barlow decd, defendant, and herein they may not fail at their peril. Have you then there this writ.
