St.Clair Ensminger being duly sworn before the Clerk of the Shelby Court of the County aforesaid. Upon oath says that Mary Lewis departed this life in said County, intestate, as he believes, on the 17” day of October 1876; that said decedent left a personal estate to be administered, of the probable value, as he is informed and believes, of one hundred and fifty dollars; and furthers says not.

Said Administrator respectfully submits the following first and partial report of his trust as such:
He shows that he is chargeable with the amount of the inventory of said Estate
