The petition of Charles A. Louden shows that he is the Father of Glendora Louden
aged 20 years and Charles A.
Louden, Jr. aged
18 years, minors residing in said County; that said minors have an estate of probably One-Hundred Dollars coming
to them from Mrs. Mary
Louden estate.
Petitioner prays an order appointing him Guardian of the property of said minors.

ORDER
FLOYD COURT OF ORDINARY.
August Term 1924
Upon reading and considering the petition of Charles A. Louden, the father of Glendora Louden and Charles A. Louden
minors, it is ordered that the said Charles A. Louden be and he is hereby appointed Natural Guardian of the property
of said minors and that he give bond and security, as required by law, in the sum of Two-Hundred dollars, and take
and subscribe the oath as required by such guardians.

I, Charles A. Louden do swear that I will well and truly perform all the duties required of me as Guardian of Glendora
Louden and Charles A. Louden and will faithfully account with my said wards for their estate. So help me God.

BY THE HONORABLE THE ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY
To Charles A. Louden Greeting:
Whereas, the said Charles A. Louden, has this day qualified
as the natural guardian of his said minor children Glendora Louden and Charles A. Louden, Jr. possessed in their
own right of considerable estate -- by means whereof the power of granting the Guardianship of said minors to me
is manifestly known to belong, and for the better securing the estate, and more ample maintenance and education
of said minors, and from the integrity and confidence reposed in you, I do hereby commit the tuition, education
and guardianship of the said minors to you, the said Charles A. Louden, (you assenting thereto by the acceptance
of these letters) herein charging you that you maintain them in meat, drink, clothing and lodging, that you cause
them to be educated in such manner as shall be suitable to their interest and circumstance, and that you inquire
into and take charge of their estate, both real and personal, and all other things to which by law you ought to
do for your said wards. A true and perfect account of all of which you shall render to the Court of Ordinary of
said County on the first term in every year during your continuance in office; and I do hereby constitute and appoint
you, the said Charles A. Louden Guardian of said minors during their minority.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto officially set
my hand and seal this 16thday of August 1924.

Clerk of the Court of Ordinary in and for said county, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true
and correct copy as appears of file in my office, the same being the petition for guardianship and Letters of Guardianship
of the property of Glendora Louden and Charles A. Louden, Jr., minor children of Charles A. Louden, and also the
minor children of Mrs. Mary Louden, late of Shelby County, Indiana. And I further certify that the said Charles
A. Louden, has given good and sufficient bond, and has otherwise qualified as such guardian.

under my hand and seal of office, at office, in the City of Rome, Georgia, this 16th day of August 1924.

Know all men by these presents, that I, Charles A. Louden, of the County of Floyd and the State of Georgia, and
Guardian of Charles Louden, JR, and Glendora Louden, of said State and County, they being the minor heirs of the
late Mary M. Louden, deceased of Shelby County, Indiana, do make and have made constituted and appoint, Oliver D. Alsman, of Shelby County, Indiana, my true and lawful Attorney,
for me and in my name, place and stead, as Guardian of said heirs of said estate to do and perform the following
acts to-wit: To receive the distributive share of each of the above named heirs in said estate, the
said money now being held by the Clerk of the Court of the County of Shelby and the State of Indiana, and to receipt
the Records of said Court in said County, for the said distributive shares, said shares being for the sum of Forty
Five Dollars and Eighty One Cents each ($45.81) and to transmit the said moneys to me as the Guardian of said heirs,
and I hereby give and grant unto him the said Attorney, full power to do any and every act necessary in said cause
as fully as I might or could do if
personally present, and I do hereby confirm and ratify all that my said Attorney, the said Oliver D. Alsman, shall
do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
In witness whereof the said Charles A. Louden, as Guardian of the said Charles A. Louden and Glendora Louden, has
hereunto set his hand and seal this 28th day of August, 1924.
